Wormz

Wormz is a 3D animated video clip set to the music of Musique Chienne. It is the result of a collaboration between Sarah-Louise Barbett (aka Musique Chienne) and Shoboshobo. Sarah-Louise drew the characters and the environment and Shoboshobo worked on the 3D modelling of this little universe of insects and strange and funny characters. This collaboration is made up of back and forth between drawing and 3D. Then it was a question of animating all this little world by following the lyrics of the song quite freely.

The realization was made of exchanges, feedback to adapt and modify the storyboard until the final result: a frenetic and joyful 4mm clip that transports the universe drawn by Sarah-Louise in a third dimension where the insects ignite the dance floor, and the evening begins...
